Robert Goodwill MP
Transport Minister
Robert Goodwill was appointed Parliamentary under Secretary of State for Transport in October 2013. Robert represented Yorkshire and the Humber in the European Parliament between 1999 and 2004. He was Deputy Leader of the Conservative MEPs during his term, which also saw him active as Deputy Coordinator for the Environment Committee. He was elected to the House of Commons as MP for Scarborough and Whitby in 2005. After spending 18 months as a member of the Transport Select Committee, he was appointed a Whip by David Cameron in 2006 and promoted to the post of shadow Roads Minister on the transport team in 2007. He was re-elected at the 2010 General Election and appointed to the Government as a Whip with responsibility for HM Treasury and Defra business.
Robert was educated at Bootham School in York, and the University of Newcastle upon Tyne where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture in 1979.
Robert is married and has two sons and a daughter. He farms 250 acres of land near Malton in North Yorkshire, which has been in his family since 1850. He is also the managing director of Mowthorpe (UK) Ltd, which offers environmentally friendly burials.
His hobbies include his two steam traction engines and steam waggon, as well as driving his 1900 De Dion Bouton car.

Lilian Greenwood was elected on 6th May 2010 to serve as the Labour Member of Parliament for Nottingham South – which covers the wards of Bridge, Clifton North, Clifton South, Dunkirk and Lenton, Leen Valley, Radford and Park, Wollaton East and Lenton Abbey and Wollaton West.
Lilian is determined to stand up for Nottingham South and has already helped secure £60 million of funding to refurbish the city's train station, an extension to Nottingham's tram network and the upgrading of the A453. As well as this, Lilian has worked with local partners to bring the Nottingham Greener HousiNG11 external wall insulation scheme to Clifton, helped secure funding for Decent Homes in Nottingham and has campaigned to bring about regulation of landlords and Homes of Multiple Occupation. In Parliament, Lilian continues to urge the Government to abolish its divisive bedroom tax and has called on the Prime Minister to stand up to the energy companies and get a better deal for ordinary families.
In October 2010, Lilian was asked to take on the position of Assistant Whip, giving her responsibility for organising other Labour MPs when the party votes in the House of Commons and to assist the Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions challenge the Coalition Government and hold them to account over their programme of severe cuts.
In October 2011, the Labour Leader asked Lilian to take on a role in the transport team with responsibility for the local transport brief. In January 2013 she switched to the shadow rail brief.
Paul Kehoe

Paul Kehoe started his career in aviation as an air traffic controller in the Royal Air Force, and has worked for a variety of companies in the industry including British Aerospace plc, Serco Aviation and airports operator TBI plc.
He worked for airport management company TBI plc from 1997 to 2005, initially as Managing Director for Belfast International Airport. He was then promoted to run the company's European division, and this success was followed by further promotion to Managing Director at London Luton Airport. In November 2001 Paul was also appointed to the main board of TBI plc as Operations Director.
After TBI/London Luton Airport Paul became the CEO of DX Plc, the UK legal mail system, which he sold to Candover Partners before returning to aviation.
His next position was as Chief Executive of Bristol Airport, before he joined Birmingham Airport in his present role in October 2008.
Throughout his career Paul has been an active member of the Airport Operators Association. He is currently a Director and was chair of the organisation from 2004-05.
Paul is also Chairman of Marketing Birmingham and a member of the Warwick Business School Strategy Board. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Royal Society of Arts.
Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography, an MBA, a diploma in Marketing and was awarded Honorary Degree of Doctor of the Birmingham City University in February 2012. He is also Honorary President of the RAF 2030 Elmdon Air Training Corps squadron.
David Winstanley

David has spent the vast majority of his professional career within or associated with aviation, firstly as an officer in the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force and currently as Chief Operating Officer at Birmingham Airport.
David originally joined the Royal Navy in 1984 and attended Britannia Royal Naval College Dartmouth before joining the Royal Air force in 1986.
Originally trained as an Air Traffic Control officer in the RAF, David enjoyed a wide-ranging and varied military career, serving across the UK and abroad. He spent the early part of his career as a controller and then later gained functional expertise in airfield operations, career management, project and requirements management, regulatory compliance, risk management and leadership development. Promoted to Wing Commander in 2002, he was selected to attend advanced staff training at the Military Defence Academy in Shrivenham, on completion of which he gained his Masters degree in International and Defence Studies with Kings College London. In the last 3 years of RAF service, he established a reputation in the field of leadership development and played a key role in the establishment of the now highly regarded RAF Leadership Centre. David left the Royal Air Force October 2006 and joined Centrei Ltd as a Director and consultant to continue his work in the leadership development arena.
David joined Birmingham Airport in 2007 as Head of Regulatory Compliance and Safety. In May 2009, David took over responsibility for all operational security matters and fulfilled the role of Head of Aviation Security prior to being promoted to Operations Director in June 2010. David took up his current role as Chief Operating Officer in May 2014.

Prof David Begg is Chief Executive of Portobello Partnership Ltd which specialises in strategic advice to clients in the transport sector; publishes Transport Times magazine; and runs a series of transport best practice awards in conjunction with the Department for Transport, Transport Scotland and Transport for London.
He is a non-executive board member of Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd and is a member of the Cubic Transportation Systems' Advisory Board.
From 1999 to 2005 he chaired the Government's Commission for Integrated Transport which was set up to advise the Government on transport policy and to monitor performance. He was a board member of Transport for London from 2000 to 2006 before joining Tube Lines as chairman (2006-2010). He was a non-executive director of the Strategic Rail Authority and before that British Rail. From 2005-2014 David was a Non-Executive Director of First Group Ltd.
Before moving to London he was Professor of Transport Policy at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. He is a visiting professor in Transport at Plymouth University. In the 1990s he was the political lead on transport on Lothian Region and then the City of Edinburgh councils.
David Leam

London First
David has lead London First's work across transport and infrastructure policy since 2010. He was previously a Special Adviser for three Transport Secretaries (Andrew Adonis, Ruth Kelly and Geoff Hoon) from 2007-10, over which period he advised on a range of issues from HS2 to Heathrow. Prior to this he was a civil servant at HM Treasury where he worked in the Productivity Team and on public spending. David has previously worked in think tanks and in public affairs. He is a regular commentator in national and London media on transport issues.
Stephen Hammond, MP
Stephen served for four years on Merton Council, where he was his party's environment spokesman and deputy leader of the Conservative group until he stood down a year after his election to Parliament.
He had won back Wimbledon from Labour in 2005 with a swing towards him of more than 7 per cent. Five years later, he increased his majority five-fold against a split opposition vote and again increased his majority in 2015, despite a collapse in Lib Dem support.
His policy interests include health, financial affairs, transport and foreign affairs. From 2010 to 2015 he served as Shadow Minister for Transport and from 2012 to 2014 he was Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport. Stephen is now a member of the Treasury Select Committee.
