We have been closely monitoring the developing situation with COVID-19 and with only 12 weeks until the Scottish Transport Awards and Summit, we cannot in good conscious continue to plan towards the events taking place as scheduled. The safety of our delegates is our utmost priority.
We hope over the next few months the situation will become clearer in relation to COVID-19 and feel the right decision is to postpone the events until Autumn.
We have agreed with the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow that both the awards ceremony and conference will take place on 24th September 2020.
Scottish Transport Summit
We plan to deliver a conference as close to original programme as possible, offering everyone the best value. We will update the agenda online as and when we re-confirm speakers.

Bookings are now open for the new date and all delegates booked for the June 11 date have been contacted about transferring their places to the new date. Refunds are being offered to those who cannot attend the new date.

The shortlsit announcement has also been postponed. We are working quickly to make alternative arrangements for the judges meeting and hope to be able to share with you the chosen shortlist as soon as possible.
