The Rt Hon Philip Hammond MP, Secretary of State for Transport confirmed as Keynote Speaker at National Transport Awards 2010 29 June 2010 | Author: Paul Thompson
We are delighted to announce that Philip Hammond MP, Secretary of State for Transport, will deliver the keynote address at The National Transport Awards on 15 July at the Palace Hotel in Central Manchester.
In what has been a subdued national economic climate, the 10th National Transport Awards relishes the opportunity to help lift the gloom by shining a spotlight on the successes that have been achieved on so many local transport projects. As always, these projects have shown the judges the tangible results they’ve achieved, improving the experience for their transport users.
To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are delighted to be hosting this year’s awards ceremony in the city of Manchester. The awards will be hosted by Grant Stott, radio and television presenter.
